Not allow to update field "Reporter"

Hi.

I'm using old Mantis 1.0.6 and I want to now allow my developers to update field "Reporter". Is it doable? Is it doable in the last Mantis version?

Updating the reporter is allowed, not sure which version we introduced the feature.

I think VadimC wants to disallow updating reporter by developers (see Subject). I don't think it's possible to have different access levels for different fields.
