1.1.x branch "View Issues" issue

First at all sorry for hard reading (English is not my native language)
I can't find in this forum problem like those I'm going to describe
my configuration:
Mantis BT ver. 1.1.5
PHP Version 4.4.2-1+b1 (Zend Memory Manager enabled)
mysql -V mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.32, for pc-linux-gnu (i486) using readline 5.2
cat /etc/debian_version && uname -a
4.0
Linux mantis 2.6.15-1-486 #2 Mon Mar 6 15:19:16 UTC 2006 i686 GNU/Linux

In our company we are installed mantisbt a few years ago (lasted stable version at that time ver 0.19.4) and for that moment we have many projects and different count of bug reports and issues in these projects. Now we going to upgrade to a newest version for some reasons.
Upgrade procedure pass by 2 steps : 0.19.4 -> 1.0.3 -> 1.1.5 (1.1.6). I'm correctly follow http://www.mantisbt.org/manual/manual.i ... rading.php and execute admin/upgrade.php & admin/install.php, after this successful upgrade mysql to UTF8 (as described in wiki)
Everything looking good except "View Issues". In some project after click on "View Issues" link I see all issues in that project (screenshot); in other project I see only few of issues (in view page source the closed HTML tag </html> not exist) (screenshot); and in other I can't see anything (screenshot) "My View" for all of them is OK.
This is happen only on 1.1.x branch. I've tested all releases prior 1.1.6 and on 1.0.x versions I haven't problems with this but on 1.1.0 and higher this issue occur. Now I'm downgrading to correctly working ver. 1.0.3 but this is not a point I want use 1.1.6 and my users wants to view all issues
Any additional information is available.
Can someone help me to resolve this or give me idea how to solve that? I'm figure out where is a problem.
