Confirmation emails do not arrive and blank screen

Confirmation emails do not arrive and blank screen
When i try to sigh in up new user with valid data and e-mail firstly process starts from page http://mysubdomain.mydomain.com/signup_page.php and redirects to the white _blank_ page http://mysubdomain.mydomain.com/signup.php. If i refresh page it shows APPLICATION ERROR #800 and says that user name already taken. Also confirmation message do not comes too. I am confused a bit. How i can fix this problems?
