Customized strings

Hi,
I wonder if it is possible to input customized strings (I am from Poland) using configuration form, not by editing custom_strings_inc.php. Sometimes, when I install plugins, this are not translated. But I am not not administrator in our company and I don't want to edit files. Is it possible to input this once, not one by one but as a set (array), using configuration form??
