How to define change the creator of a ticket

Hi,

We try to customize Mantis 1.2.0a3 for internal use.
I have created one account per customer.

My problem is when we add a new bug :
In the adding bug form, If the log user is manager , I want that he could directly change the rapporter(the customer) of the bug.

Now, for make that change, I need to :
1- Adding a new bug
2- go to my bug and click on the new bug
3- Click on "Update"
4- clic on "change" at the rigth on "Rapporter:"
5- Select the new member (the customer)
6- Save the bug

Any ideas for doing this more directly when I add a bug ?
