Delete category

Hi,

I've got 2 category at the moment :
-old GUI
-new GUI

Now migration is ended and old GUI doesn't exist anymore.

I want to delete it or at least that reporter can't use it anymore (more than that it's default one because first one :p )

If i try to delete it, Mantis (1.0.03) want to delete all related bugs.

Any ideas to disable one category?
