Help with Duplicate header field: "Message-ID"

I just installed Mantis in my local pc and tried to test it. when I tried to assigned a reported issues, I came across with this error

"Duplicate header field: "Message-ID""

Please can anyone here help me with this one, on how to resolve this issues.

We fixed this in the 1.2 branch, but the fix involves some code change and an update of the phpmailer library we sue for sending mails.
