"v1.1.6"-How to mae my "resolved" page accessible for everyb

Hi everybody,
I have 5 projects running on mantis "1.1.6" (Let us suppose A B C D E) &

I want to make all the "resolved" & "fixed" issues of Project "C" accessible for everybody (means allowing all non users to view them)

so please guide me on how to do that
