Raising new bug in Mantis automatically

I am using mantis as bugtracker in my project i wanted to know how can we Automatically logging of bug in Mantis.

any scrip or tool that support that, please let me know

HI,
I wanted to raise new bug through mail,I have downloaded and added all the patches and bug_report_mail.php file when i run iam getting a blank page and iam not able to configure POP3 related things
PLease let me know how to do this (Please tell me in steps what i need to do and on which file i need to edit)
