Make version and build as mandatory fields for specific proj

Hi all

i think i can make product version and product build as mandatory fields when reporting bugs by adding this parameter to the td tag:

'<span class="required">*</span>


but i can't figure out how i can make this possible for specific project? i don't want these fields to be mandatory for many projects. only one project i need this to be done within.

is it possible?
