Bug of permission to access project docs?

I'm confused about this. I created two Project A and B with status of private, then one user U1 with only viewer permission to A. I added two docs of B. When user U1 access to Mantis , and choose "All Project" view, then visit docs page, there are two docs available to download, but these two docs are limited to Project B!

It's a bug, or I have some wrong config , or it's the design ?

Mantis ver: 1.0.0a3 , from 1.0.0a1 , from 0.19.2

This has been fixed in the upcoming 1.0.0rc1 release. (See #5476)

I'm using the 1.0.0rc1 release but I still have the problem describe !

Any hints, ideas?

There were another few changes in that code since the 1.0.0rc1 release. The proj_doc_page.php file is now at v1.49.
