2 question about mantis?

Hi all, I have use mantis 1.2 and this is a great component. And I have 2 question:
1/ Can I create custom fields for user account. Because user have only email account, real name,...
2/ When you assign an issue to a user, can we make a hyperlink for that user, so that everybody would know all of his issue and see all of them?

1. You can create new plugin with all what you want
