Problem creating users

Hi,

I'm testing mantis 1.1.8 on a wampserver. Everything seems to be running ok, except that I cannot add users. When I add a user, he receives an e-mail but when he clicks on the link and sets his password. Nothin happens at all, it seems like the browser is stuck.

I see the same thing happening when I try to login as administrator with a wrong password.

Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
