Reciving mails

HI,
Iam able to configur Mantis in my PC (Windows XP) and have configured SMTP (Able to intemate the user about the add new bug, update on the existing bugs etc. ).But iam not able to recive any mails to mantis.
Please let me know how to congfigur mantis for reciving mails (Raising new bug through mail)
