"View Issues" hang on

I have Mantis 1.1.6 installed on my Windows box and it's working fine. However, my chief wanted it hosted outside my office and got a Windows host and asked me to move Mantis to the new host. Following are the steps I've followed.

1. FTP Mantis 1.1.6 to the new host
2. Take MySQL database exported, using phpMyAdmin
- It was not possible to export 'mantis_bug_file_table', so I exported it 10 records each.
3. Import database from new host, using phpMyAdmin
- I have imported the other tables, then 'mantis_bug_file_table', 10 records each.

Then I go to the new website, logged in, tried a few things and it looks work fine, until I click "View Issues".

The page does not load, it hangs on and on and on and times out. Any clue, please.

Can anyone save my head form my chief!
