Project template?

Is there a way to create a new project that will automatically have predefined issues in it?

No, if you want to you need to patch the PHP code.

Is that a complicated patch to make? Do you think you could point me to the right place in the code where I could experiment? I have a sacrificial install of mantis that I have been practicing customization on, so its fine I screw it up : ) Also, any advice or tips on how to do this would be greatly appreciated... Thanks for the reply.
