Access is Denied after moving issue

Hi,

We've been using Mantis version 1.1.2 for around 1 years without any problem. Today i've created 2 new subproject in one project. Then i've moved all the issue link to the main project to one of the subproject. Since then when i create a new account (reporter) he cannot see old issue. I've got a white web page with a message "Access Denied". The user have viewer right on the Main project and Reporter on the sub project. So he can create new tickets but cannot view the old one.

Any idea ?
