Modifying the BUG

Hello,

when a reporter has updated a reported a bug regarding a particular category . Only the developer belonging to the category should be able to modify the bug report,IS it possible? (Reporter or Manager or administrator can modify)

AFAIK this is not possible with options in configuration.
You would have to change the code of the update page.
