Mantis Custom Functions

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to use mantis custom functions so Matins can generate a XML file with a ticket details when a developer closes a ticket.
I tried to use the import and export plugin but it seems like something is missing in the code which made it not to work. what else should I try in order to get that to work?
