How to achieve following security scenario ...

Hi
I'me new to mantis and have just installed 1.0.0rc2. Now I created a new user, a project and some subproject.
Now I wish that one of the users have only access to certain subprojects. The main project and other subproject he should not be able to view.
Is there a way to establish this? And if yes - how?
