where can I find the file for matnis 0.19.3

Looking at the mantis homepage, it is stated that the latest stable version is 0.19.3. When looking at the download page on sourceforge, I can see 0.19.2 and 1.0.0 but can not see 0.19.3. Where can I find this version?
Does anybody know if the Mantis homepage could be showing the wrong version in relation to the latest stable version.

Hi Alain:

0.19.3 is there on the download page, you just need to scroll to the end. All of the others are under the 'mantis-dev' package while 0.19.3 is under 'mantis-stable' which is at the bottom of the page.
