Attachment problem in Mandrake Linux

Dear All,

I am facing a attachment problem in Mandrake linux machine. I have setup the mantis tool in mandrake OS. In that I am not able to attach the files. It is not showing any error message for attachment.
I have checked in the database also, attached file is not displaying.

Note:

1. I have checked all the user permission. everything is fine here.
2. In windows 2000 professional, attachment is working perfectly.

Please help me on this.

are those very big files you are trying to attach?
