[HELP] Problems upgrading from 0.19.2 to 1.0.0 RC3

G'Day,

- I am running PHP 5.0.4 under Fedora Core 4 and Apache 2
- I attempted to follow: http://manual.mantisbt.org/manual.insta ... rading.php but either I have done something out of order or there is something else happening ;-)
- When I open http://mysite/admin/upgrade.php I get a page of errors looking like:

SYSTEM WARNING: array_push() [function.array-push]: First argument should be an array

- I suspect that there is an issue with what is in the mantis_config_table and or mantis_upgrade table so I include the last few records below as that might help.

mantis_upgrade_table

0.16-13 Add project_id to user pref table
0.16-14 Create bug relationship table
0.16-15 Create bug monitor table

mantis_config_table

This has not been created as a result of the upgrade failing I suspect.

Any help greatly appreciated.
