Adding a Textarea custom field in Mantis 1.2

Hello! I recently installed the unstable Mantis 1.2, and I'm looking to add a new custom field... I want to add a textarea custom field that can handle large blocks of text.

I had found a few earlier posts suggesting a modification, but that modification appears to be moot with the 1.2 codebase.

Is there an existing plugin I can add to the system to make this work? Or are there small code changes I can make to create a textarea custom field?

Thanks so much for your help! I'm a recent BugZilla convert, and so far I really love this software!
