Hi,
We use mantis to truck issues for a software suite that consists of many subprojects. Versions are global for the suite and are properly inherited by the subprojects to use them in the reported, target and fixed in fields.
However, the roadmap works only for issues reported on the top project. Any issue that belongs to a subproject with fixed version set to an unreleased version is not shown.
I tried even copying the versions from the parent project as a last resort, but it does work.
Any ideas?

Having the same issue - our target versions are global, but when assigning those to issues, those issues dont show up in the roadmap.
Why even have target version inheritance in the first place???

Re: Roadmap for subprojects
Sorry, no solution either - but we are experiencing the same problem.
We would be pretty grateful for any hint on how to solve this...

Re: Roadmap for subprojects
Bumping the thread since we have the very same issue, and it is quite frustrating since our main project is made of 5 subproject, and each of those has 10-20 subprojects... And we cannot make them all "top projects" since would be simply a wrong representation of our software...

This is a known bug
Have a look at http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=10873 where you will find also patches to workaround until this is fixed in an official release
