Direct image-embedding?

Hi all,
is it possible to embed images directlyto a ticket?
Without uploading it first.

E.g.: cutting a part of an image from mspaint via ctrl + x and paste it to the ticket-note field via ctrl + v

this is not possible
there are 3rd party application to simplifiy the job, but you will have to install them on every client machine
Search the forum and google for Cropper and Bugshooting
