Upgrate to version 1.2.0

Hi, guys!
I updated my mantis to version 1.2.0 and I have this problem.
When I create an incident, add comments, delete the project, the response time is very large. Its value reaches 2-3 minutes. While viewing the current issue everything works fine. I use operating system Ubuntu, PHP v 5.2.10, MySQL 5.1.37
When was the mantis version 1.8.0 all the functions worked normally.
