PHP version for Mantis BT 1.2.0

Hi,

I'd like to upgrade my Mantis installation from 1.1.8 to 1.2.0 but I'm a bit worried by the requirement for php 5.2.0

My php is version 5.1.6 (Redhat EL5.2 with latest patches) and I dont really want to lose my support from Redhat just so that I can upgrade my Mantis installation

Will Mantis 1.2.0 work with php 5.1.6 ?

Surely the Mantis guys should have thought of this? I cant be the only one with Redhat Linux

oh well, it looks like I'm on my own on this one, maybe it was needed for the Soap support but it would have been nice to get a confirmation
