DB Migration From Bugzilla (MySQL) to Mantis (MySQL)?

Is there a migration script that will allow the schema from a Bugzilla 3.0.2 MySQL DB to be created and the data imported into Mantis 1.8.1? If not, thoughts on achieving this DB migration?
