How to allow reporters to view bugs they are monitoring?

Hello,

I am using InstantMantis 1.1.1 and, basically, I would like to allow two o more users to view the bug details. Now for a given but only the reporter can see the information. I have tried to 'send a reminder' to another user. With this feature I can get the user to receive the email notifications but if he or she tries to view the but they get an Access denied error.

On the other hand If I make all users to be updaters they can see 'all' bugs, not only the ones they have reported and the ones they are monitoring but ALL. And this is not the behaviour I want to achieve.

If I cold put two or more user in the reporter field of a bug then it would also be ok for me.

Did you find any answers or maybe some workarounds..?

Maybe some modification in php..?

Before going on you should first update to at least 1.1.8 or 1.2.1 to see whether this fixes your problem

I'm using 1.1.8 and doesn't.

After browsing changelogs for 1.2.X I don't think that this was fixed/added..
