1.0.0rc4 soon?

I noticed that the previous releases were more frequent, and lately have died off. Is this because 1.0.0rc3 is so stable, or because the project is dying? Is it because of lack of developer time?

Mantis 1.0.0rc4 and 0.19.4 were released today. We are working in parallel on some 1.1.0 features. We want 1.0.0 to be stable and hence we are not releasing it in a hurry.

In addition to that, we are all a bit busy as well :)
