Add Custom Feilds to "View Issues" Page

We have two custom fields, Start Date and Due Date. We would like this added to our printed reports and our csv reports. I assume to get them into those we need to add it to the site.com/mantisbt/view_all_bug_page.php page. How would I go about doing that?

If you use version 1.2.x this can be customized wihh page Manage->Manage Configuration->Manage Columns
