Project specific workflow - adding status

Dear Community,

does anybody have a well working example howto add a new status and workflow to specific project?
Including examples customizing of:

• custom_constant_inc.php
  custom_strings_inc.php
  config_inc.php
  adm_config_report.php (status_enum_workflow)
  ...

I know there are a lot of postings and wiki-entries. I've read almost all of them and tested it, especially this expample http://manual.mantisbt.org/manual.custo ... values.php ...
But it is frustrating, it wont work! Usually i'm going to test to add only one additional status value, without any success.

I have had the same problem! I have found just about evey post or discussion out there and I can't seem to make this work either! I don't understand!

What problems are you guys running into? Are you trying to add a new workflow status but it isn't showing up anywhere? Where are you looking for it (in the workflow threshold screen)?
