Hi, some of my users (on a normal corporate email system) are having their ticket notification emails bounce back to my smtp server, with the following error:
Final-Recipient: rfc822;username@domain.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.6.1
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host
X-Display-Name: Lastname, Firstname
(I've removed the actual email address and name in the above)
Has anyone else found this? I notice that the ticket attachment is apparently encoded in the windows-1252 character set.
Cheers

Try enabling 8 bit mime both in and out bound on the smtp servers configuration doc. on the Commands and Extensions tab
