Odd issue... or maybe correct behavior, and I don't know how to use the billing feature properly??
I applied a time to a bug note on 7/31 of :30. On the morning of 8/1, I came back and modified that time to :45.
When I pulled a billing report for 7/1 - 7/31, I still expected the time from that bugnote to appear, but now as :45. But, it wasn't there at all.
So, I figured maybe it was because I modified it on 8/1.
So, I went from 8/1 - 8/31 in the billing report - and it wasn't there either???
After some playing around, I tried 7/1 - 8/1 - and voila, it appears. It turns out, I have to search using numbers that span between 7/31 - 8/1 to get it to show.
Since I need my billing to match up with what shows on the billing report page using the convention of Month/1 - Month/31 (such as what a client would enter if they wanted to see hours for a given month), my only alternative was to remove the :45 from the previous bug note, create a new bug note on 8/1 with the :45, and apply that amount to August billing.
