Need help upgrading; getting errors

Hello, i'm using mantis 19.4, and I want to upgrade to mantis 1.0.0.

However when I try 'upgrading', it tries to build a database that is already there, thus I get quite a few errors.

Is there a fix for this in the works, or a workaround?

Is this still an issue? I would like to upgrade my .193 version to 1.00 but I can not afford to have problems upgrading.

Well its an issue for me. As far as I know, it hasn't been fixed.

I really like Mantis, but this is definitely a show stopper for me.
