Mantis not sending any emails

Mantis Version = 0.19.3
PHP = 5.05
MySQL = 5.0.15
IIS = 6.0

Since installation, Mantis is not sending emails when issues are created or modified etc
admin/check.php will send a test message OK

When new users are created by the admin, emails are sent OK

Have checked the Manage users section, all "Email on...." fields are enabled to send emails, no users have override these settings.

Checked config_inc.php and that all looks ok.

Is there anything else to check?

I am having the same problems, emails are created properly on acct creations or thru check.php test email but no issue emails are ever sent, regardless of internal Mantis settings.

This wouldn't appear to be an issue with phpmail settings since the acct setup messages and test messages work fine...though I certainly could be wrong. Also appears that several folks are having this problem, is there really no one who has come up with a solution, or have I overlooked the thread?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I never found a solution for this with Mantis version 0.19.3 but since I have upgraded to version 1.0.1 everything works fine.

I upgraded to 1.0.1 and everything seems to be working fine. In fact 1.0.0 may have been working fine as well once we got end users to tweak their spam filters!
