No registration confirmation email from InstantMantis

I thought I'd use InstantMantris to demonstrate MantisBT for a potential customer. In particular I need to be able to show the administrator functions which I can't do on the demo site, good as it is.
So I successfully installed InstantMantis in my Windows XP Paralells session on my MacBook Pro. So far, so good. I registererd as a new user about four hours ago and have not yet received the confirmation mail. Since then I have registered in the Mantis Demo and received the confirmation email almost instantly.
Is there something wrong with InstantMantris?
Thanks in advance for any help. My demo is in 10 working hours so I'm close to panic!

I wish you a successful demo.
Be aware that InstantMantis is outdated (MantisBT version 1.1.1)
There is a newer version MantisBT 1.2.x available with some nice enhancements (for example a plugin system for customization) and a lot of security related fixes.
