Error using screen shot feature with Mantis

I have installed cropper and try to send the screenshot to mantis and got the following error message. Any idea?

Method 'mc_issue_attachment_add' not defined in service

What OS, what Mantis / PHP etc version?

I dont know what is cropper, I guess its just a screen capture program. Have you tried to attach any other files to the issue (like standard txt or jpg or something like that)?

I am on XP 32 bit and i am using mantis 1.2.3 and cropper 1.9.4.

I can attach all types of files directly to the bug form but it didn't work via cropper .

If you dont tell the specifics how should we help?

What is the file extension you want to attach? Can you attach the same extension if you just make a simple screenshot with "print scrn"?

I am so sorry, i though you wanted to know if i can attach the files to the issue directly in mantis without the cropper. Thats why i said i can attach all the file types in mantis, but not via Cropper. The image i was trying to add via cropper is a .jpg file.
Yes, it is a screen shot program. And after taking the screen shot, there is an option to upload to mantis. When i click it, i get that error message See the image below.
