Mails not being sent to other domains

Hi all,

I have a weird problem with my Mantis installation. All mails and notifications are only being received by users on my company domain. I am ofcourse using my company smtp server, can this be the issue?

What is the alternative? Am I missing anything?

Hi,

I have got the email setup ok and after configuring the use of SMTP, the mails are being sent out to most domains including Yahoo BUT not for GMAIL.

I have enabled logging and the log indicates that the mails are being sent out fine. I checked the GMail SPAM folder but nothing in it.

Any suggestions of what if anything I am missing??

It is possible the some of the emails (SMPT) exist on the mail servers of hosting companies who have been blacklisted due to spam abuse comnig from their mail server, at least that is my guess.

Hi,

I agree that this could be host companies that have been blacklisted by your company and this happened to me as well. I could not figure out the answer until I contacted tech support.
