1.3 release for try and translate

Hi.

I would like to know if i can obtain a working release for 1.3 (beta alfa no problem). I want to prepare turkish resources from now for the future.

Also in 1.3 can we change the appearance or view wihout headache(I have changed sources by hand.. this is very difficult.coz i have to repeat same modifications every relase)

.No i want to setup a 1.3 release on my localhost and makesome changes (including translalte) but 1.3 release doesnt installed on my previous tries. i need working and setupable relase

Setupable release makes only when release is maded. For now branch 1.3.x in active stage development, for example some days ago developers up minimal version of php. If you use php less than 5.3.2, you can work with mantis.

I don't recommend to use 1.3 at the moment. Until now there was even no Alpha available.

One more reason not to use 1.3, there will be a lot of changes until final release
