send notify email notes duplicate

to enable the sending of notes I receive two emails with the note added. I am Manager, but it happens with all users.

I can see in the log that is generated two times the task, the mantis version is 1.1.8

where do you view log ?


what path or folder you look for ?

to enable the log in config_inc:

#log local
$g_log_level = LOG_EMAIL | LOG_EMAIL_RECIPIENT;
$g_log_destination = 'file:C:/dir/mantis.log';

I tested with 1.1.6 and 1.2.3 and was not able to reproduce the issue.
Is this an original unchanged 1.1.8?
Did you install any 3rd party plugins?

I never used this 3rd party plugin system.
Maybe one of the plugins causes the issue.
If it is possible you could deactivate the plugins to find out if this will fix the issue.
