Where is the option to create Sub-projects?

I am using Mantis version 1.1.6. As per this http://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/mantibt:projects it seems that one can create sub-projects in Mantis which is a very important feature for our implementation. However when I go to Manage Projects as an Administrator the only option I get is to create a new project.

How do I create a sub-project?

Go to the "Manage Projects" page
Click on an existing project
From this page you can create a new subproject or add an existing project as subproject
