Can import issue to project ?

Hi All,

I can not import issues to Mantis. While importing issue it shows that "Importing file, please wait... Done
Processing cross-references for 0 issues... Done"


But when i check issues in the project it shows nothing. Any idea ?

So which plugin are you using (screenshot would be nice), etcetera?
It says "for 0 issues", so clearly no issues were found in the importfile for some reason.

Hi Case,

I am using Import/Export issues 1.0 plugin. I export the file from another project and try to import it to another once. The imported file has content ( i confirmed it). Please find the attached screen shot for more info.

I think it is a known issue http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=12842

You could maybe use another plugin called Csv-import-4-MantisBT find it at https://github.com/lionheart33806/Csv-import-4-MantisBT
I know, I know, no XML documents to import but Csv, however in the meantime it could help to solve your import problem.

Have you found out any resolution to this issue? I am having the same problem at the moment. Is it really necessary to change the plug in? Let me know as soon as you can how you resolved this Please and thank you.
