export of custom field

I have defined/created custom field, but they do not apppear when I export to CSV/Excel. Does anyone know how to do that?

Use page Manage -> Manage Configuration -> Manage Columns
and also
My Account -> Manage Columns

Unfortunately the option [Manage Columns] is not available. The customer for whom I work is on 1.0.5 perhaps that plays a role.

Yes, I was talking about version 1.2.x
The functionality is also available for version 1.1.x but not that simple way, see http://www.mantisbt.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8621 where I explained for "View Issues"
I started using MantisBT with version 1.1.x, so I am note sure if this is available for 1.0.x.
I think no, but I had nothing more than a very short look at the old source code.
