How to report a issue by e-mail?

I woud like to forward some of my e-mails to Mantis.

I guess this could be done but I don't understand the setting in config_inc.php:
# Specify whether e-mails should be sent with the category set or not. This is tested
# with Microsoft Outlook. More testing for this feature + other formats will be added

# OFF, EMAIL_CATEGORY_PROJECT_CATEGORY (format: [Project] Category)
$g_email_set_category = OFF;

PS. How do I define the e-mail address to which Mantis would respond?

At the moment, Mantis doesn't process incoming email to generate issues or not. This is a feature that will be added in the future.
