Email All Users feature to warn of downtime.

I need to send an email (as administrator)l to all Mantis users in order to inform users of upgrade to hardware. Is there an quick way to inform all mantis users?

Another variation would be the ability for project managers to email all users in a project of changes or new fields etc.

This is not possible at the moment. Ideally, it should be done as part of email notifications for news.

This is not part of standard MantisBT functionality.
