HI,
we have Mantis and using as ticketing system.
The user[user@abc.com] send a mail to support@xyz.com and we need to send them back an auto response email saying that "HI we got your mail and we will update you shortly".
The should be sent from "Support@xyz.com" to "user@abc.com".
Please let me know.

I agree with divyesh. I would like to know if there is a way to enable an email response from Mantis v1.2.8 back to the user with their ticket number. At a previous company that I worked for, we were using Mantis 0.3 - I think. I know it was a really early version of the bug tracker and ours was setup to reply with the ticket number, but then again we had a PHP developer who highly customized our installation to do many other things as well. I will continue to search the internet for an answer and post back if I find something.

You should post this in the section of the plugins, Email reporting.
Perhaps they can add this functionality in there.
