We use the good old Mantis Bug Tracker internally to keep track of tasks for all our projects. Over time, we put together an advanced time tracking and billing plugin to help us to manage our time better and track billable hours for our clients. Since we thought others would find themselves in a similar situation, we decided to publish the plugin and allow others to download it for a fraction of what it cost to develop it.
