Migrating from 0.19.2 to 1.0.1 with lost of performance

Hi all,

We have just migrate from 0.19.2 to 1.0.1 (W2K, PHP4, MySQL4).
and the results is an important lost of performance.
We've made no change in config file.

Is there some ways to increase the performance ?
